Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management at the Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center in Denver, Colorado is seeking an amazing restaurant busser/server assistant who enjoys taking care of our guests. The position pays $16.27 per hour plus tips.

You will help keep the dining room clean by bussing and wiping tables, setting tables, stocking supplies, and assisting servers to deliver friendly, efficient service. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) matching,

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED; or 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables or seats with dampened, sanitized cloths and replace dirty tablecloths.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.
• Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
• Serve ice water, coffee, rolls, or butter to patrons.
• Fill beverage or ice dispensers.
• Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
• Locate items requested by customers.
• Maintain regular attendance, is consistently on time, and observes prescribed work, break and meal periods in compliance with standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include compliance with the dress code.

The purpose of a RESTAURANT BUSSER is to ensure that restaurant remains clean by quickly and efficiently bussing and wiping tables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
