Stonebridge Hospitality Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Busser to support servers and maintain a clean, inviting dining area. The role requires efficient table clearing, resetting, and assisting with service flow to enhance guest experiences.

The Busser will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, lifting up to 25 lbs and complying with sanitation standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils quickly and efficiently.
• Clean and reset tables for the next guest.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, chairs, and service stations.
• Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.
• Transport dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.
• Ensure service stations are stocked throughout the shift.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.

Job Summary: The Busser is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area by clearing tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant meets high sanitation standards. This role plays a key part in providing efficient service to guests and contributing to a positive dining experience.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Clear tables of used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner.

• Clean and reset tables for the next guest, ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.

• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages as needed.

• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations.

• Refill water glasses and provide additional service support as required.

• Carry dishes, trays, and glassware to the dishwashing area.

• Ensure all service stations are stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.

• Follow proper sanitation and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.

• Assist with restaurant setup and breakdown during opening and closing shifts.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills:

Work Environment:

• Primarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. and handle repetitive physical tasks such as clearing and resetting tables.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
