Job summary

Mt. Rose Development Company is seeking a Bus Person/Dishwasher to help maintain clean, organized dining and kitchen areas. The role includes bussing tables, stocking restaurant items, washing dishes, and supporting kitchen staff as needed.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork, and clear communication with co-workers, managers and guests. This on-site position requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, managers, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in Food and Beverage outlets (in both public and non-public areas)
• Bus and wipe down tables
• Assist cooks and other kitchen staff when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Must be able to cross-train for other positions/ departments
