Embassy Suites Rockford Riverfront is looking for enthusiastic Part-Time and Full-Time Bartenders to join our team. If you love crafting cocktails, engaging with guests, and delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Creating delicious cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and serving up non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engaging with guests, taking drink and snack orders, and making recommendations.
• Keeping the bar stocked, clean, and looking its best.
• Checking IDs and ensuring responsible alcohol service.
• Handling payments and balancing receipts with precision.
• Helping guests with hotel activities, dining options, and local insights.
• Following all food and beverage regulations and maintaining proper inventory.

What We're Looking For:

• One to two years of bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English (bonus points for additional languages).
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handlers Card.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
