Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a friendly bartender for Norfolk Sheraton to craft and serve beverages with speed and care at the heart of guest experience.

In this role you will ensure responsible alcohol service, maintain a clean bar, handle opening/closing duties, cash and tip reporting, and follow all safety and sanitation standards to support a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of bartending experience (hospitality background preferred).
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications or willingness to complete within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve beverages with skill and speed, ensuring guests feel welcome and cared for.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service in line with liquor laws and company policies.

What You Will Do:

What We Are Looking For:

• At least 6 months of bartending experience (hospitality background preferred)


• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to complete within 60 days)


• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift


• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays


• A friendly, energetic personality and strong sense of professionalism
