Position:

Restaurant Barback

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Stock and rotate coolers and maintain liquor room.
2. Assist with bottle service and bussing.
3. Assist bartenders during rushes by serving drinks.
4. Collect, wash, sanitize, and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use.
5. Re-stock bartender stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws, and napkins as needed.
6. Perform duties such as taking out trash, restocking restrooms, and fulfilling management requests.
7. Conduct weekly alcohol inventory for reordering purposes.
8. Manage alcohol and supply deliveries and stock them appropriately.
9. Handle closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the bar for the next shift.
