Req#: 283e55a3-e312-4c6f-b322-ac8b0140e1e8 ***Please apply on our Career page directly: https://lessingsinc.peoplematter.jobs/ Position: Restaurant Barback Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Stock and rotate coolers and maintain liquor room. -Assist with bottle service and bussing. -Assist the bartenders during rushes by serving drinks. -Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use. -Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use. -Perform general duties such as taking out trash, stocking restrooms, and complying with special requests set forth by management. -Execute weekly inventory of alcohol at all stations, liquor cage, walk-in cooler and liquor room for Bar Manager to place reorders. -Receive and back-stock weekly alcohol and supply deliveries into assigned and allocated areas of the bar. -Manage closing duties, including cleaning entire bar area and back area as well as prepare bar for the next day's shift. Qualifications: -Previous barback experience preferred. -Flexible schedule including nights and weekends. -Good communications skills and attention to detail.
