We are hiring immediately for a RETAIL MANAGER III position.

Job Summary

As a Retail Manager III, you will support the General Manager or Director in the overall success of the operation. This includes adhering to the client’s culture and guidelines, health department regulations, and company standards & policies. You will motivate, train, develop, and direct all employees to meet the objectives of the operation, ensuring customer and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the day-to-day service of the operation.
  2. Plan and supervise special functions, maintain cash controls and payroll records, and oversee hiring of frontline team members.
  3. Direct and train staff to provide scheduled retail services.
  4. Complete all daily, weekly, or monthly reports.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of retail operational management experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations.
  • Retail marketing experience is preferred.
  • Experience with cash retail operations.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet).
  • An Associates degree is preferred.
