Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead teams and manage store operations. You will deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results in a busy restaurant environment.

You will oversee front- and back-of-house duties with home office support available on a 24/7 basis to help you succeed. Strong leadership and a passion for hospitality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
