Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people skills with restaurant leadership. You will deliver outstanding guest and employee experiences while driving business results and manage front- and back-of-house operations with support from a 24/7 home office.

This role is pivotal to maintaining Cracker Barrel’s warm hospitality and strong team culture. Expect a demanding, rewarding schedule with five 10-hour shifts weekly, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
• Willing to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts)
• Able to work holidays and weekends as needed
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results.
• Execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities.
• Receive home office support 24/7 to aid success.
