Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager in Ottawa, IL. You will lead store operations, guide front- and back-of-house teams, and ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences while driving business results.

The role offers a base salary range of $60K-$70K, paid hourly during training, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses. Strong leadership and a commitment to hospitality are essential, along with availability for 50 hours per week and weekend/holiday coverage.

Formación

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
