Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people leadership with restaurant operations, delivering guest and employee experiences while driving results. You’ll lead front- and back-of-house duties with home office support available 24/7 to help you succeed.

Requirements include 2+ years of restaurant management, willingness to work 50 hours per week (five 10-hour shifts), holidays and weekends, a caring hospitality mindset, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in English.
