Expect to lead teams, ensure smooth front- and back-of-house operations, and uphold Cracker Barrel hospitality and standards across shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• Caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-of-house operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage store operations and drive business results with home office support available 24/7.
