Flynn Applebee's, part of Flynn Group, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You will lead a team, ensure friendly service, handle guest concerns, manage schedules, and uphold safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience and Serve Safe certifications. You will train staff, contribute to sales goals, and deliver a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food certification and Serve Safe Alcohol certification a plus.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Read and write proficiently; communicate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure timely, friendly service per company guidelines.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
