TSG Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager (Assistant Manager level) for McAlisters Deli in Chickasha, OK. You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and develop your staff.

Open availability (50 hours/week) and at least one year of management experience are required. This role offers growth into leadership with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive annual salary of $40,000–$60,000.

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
