Job summary

TSG Restaurants is seeking a McAlisters Deli Restaurant Manager. These leaders are at the Assistant Manager level, guiding and developing their team to deliver every guest an exceptional experience on the front lines and in the kitchen.

The role offers a salary of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, with performance-based pay and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision coverage, PTO, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for management growth.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen
• Building our business through our core value of Genuine Hospitality
• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience in our restaurant is one-of-a-kind
