Role Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete training including Development Plan, Food Safety, and Manager Certification.
- Enhance guest experiences and ensure team training and development.
- Create work schedules, delegate shifts, and supervise team performance.
- Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
- Handle guest and team member concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools.
- Foster a positive culture and team morale.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and report concerns promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Open availability; able to work 5+ days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Background check clearance.
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and 1-3 years management experience (restaurant management preferred).
Capability Requirements
- Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
- Proficient communication skills and ability to work in varied temperature environments.
