Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete training including Development Plan, Food Safety, and Manager Certification.
• Enhance guest experiences and ensure team training and development.
• Create work schedules, delegate shifts, and supervise team performance.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Handle guest and team member concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and laws.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools.
• Foster a positive culture and team morale.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and report concerns promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability; able to work 5+ days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check clearance.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and 1-3 years management experience (restaurant management preferred).

Capability Requirements

• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
• Proficient communication skills and ability to work in varied temperature environments.
