Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level to lead and develop a team, guide daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise shifts, mentor staff, and uphold our Genuine Hospitality value.

Open availability (50 hours/week) is required, with openings, mid shifts, and closings. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members
• Running successful shifts in the front of house dining room and back of house kitchen

• Expense supervision when it comes to labor, food and product orders
• Interact with guests and ensure their experience in our restaurant is one-of-a-kind
