Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to pass).
• Strong problem solving & customer service skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing hourly team members.
