This role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience and Serve Safe certifications; compensation includes hourly pay with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Schedules employees to meet sales demands and controls costs.
• Monitors safety programs and health regulations.
• Develops staff through training and performance reviews.
