Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns.
- Supervise and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure food quality standards are met.
- Help oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Step in to assist with food prep and service as needed.
