Job summary

This role requires open availability, the ability to work 40-50 hours weekly, and at least 18 years old with basic MS Word and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S. and meet the age requirements.
• Prefer experience in management within the food industry.
• Must be able to pass required assessments to become CERTIFIED through Jimmy Johns in an agreed upon time frame.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and owners with day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Help manage food and labor costs.
• Lead by example and execute systems and procedures with integrity in a fast-paced store.
• Train and oversee in-store operations to ensure consistent service.
