Arby’s, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly, and you’ll support local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals.

You’ll also help develop the team through performance management and training initiatives, while maintaining customer service excellence and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
