Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate restaurants on a daily basis. You will work with the General Manager to ensure each shift runs smoothly and will assist with local store marketing to hit sales and profit goals.

You will also support team members through performance and training initiatives to drive excellence. You will be part of a team focused on delivering great guest experiences, managing operations, and maintaining brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis with the General Manager to ensure smooth shift operations.
