Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in food prep, cooking, assembling, or packaging.

• Follows training schedules and monitors staff training effectiveness.
• Assists with staffing, interviews, and onboarding of crew members.
• Demonstrates menu knowledge and serves guests.
• Coaches team on safety policies and procedures.
• Communicates performance issues to the general manager.
• Sets shift goals and enforces policies during the shift.
