Qualifications

• Six months management experience in a restaurant or corporate setting.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Word.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and participates in food preparation and packaging tasks.
• Performs shift activities with the shift leader including customer service, cash handling, and cleanliness.
• Follows training schedules and monitors crew training effectiveness.
• Assists with staffing by handling applications and scheduling interviews.
• Demonstrates understanding of the menu and assists with serving orders.
• Coaches staff on safety policies and reports performance issues to the GM.
• Creates and enforces shift goals and policies during shifts.
