Job summary

A prominent restaurant firm in Athens, Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role includes hiring, training, and managing the restaurant team while monitoring financial performance. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and depth in operational management. Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service and operations.
