Role Overview: Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring the restaurant delivers excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. You will manage daily operations, ensuring team adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all required training, including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet and exceed expectations
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development
• Create effective work schedules complying with company standards and laws
• Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve goals
• Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle performance reviews, mentor team members, and foster a positive culture
• Address guest and team member concerns promptly and respectfully
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records and utilize management tools
• Perform other duties as necessary to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Open availability to work at least 5 days per week (32-48 hours), including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful background check
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and cooperative attitude
• 1-3 years management experience required; restaurant management preferred

Capabilities:

• Sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Operate restaurant equipment safely
