Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Winchester, CA. You will assist store operations, hire and supervise staff, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A multi-week leadership training program and ongoing development opportunities are provided to prepare you for success and advancement within Panda.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success.
