Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Ability to work varied hours, at least 40 hours per week.
• Experience as Assistant Manager in a similar environment.
• Hourly pay up to $18.25.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations with GM to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Directs and supervises hourly team members to meet sales and quality standards.
• Uses Crown Academy LMS to elevate training.
• Utilizes in-house POS to record sales and control costs.
• Educates team on personnel policies and safety procedures.
