Zaxby's in Richmond, VA is seeking restaurant management personnel for hourly and salaried positions. You will lead shifts, coach staff, ensure great guest experiences, and drive store performance in a fast-paced, casual setting.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards. Flexible hours, nights and weekends required; growth opportunities within the Zaxby's family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (if part-time).

Responsabilités

• Engage in training requirements including front and back of house development plans.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests and greet/thank them.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Accurately complete orders, operate the POS, accept payments, and balance tills.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment for guests.
• Stock and organize work areas; maintain equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Lead and develop team, hire and schedule staff to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
• Maintain awareness of current promotions
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items

• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment
• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior
• Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders
• Other work assigned

Capabilities Requirement:

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are being completed correctly.
• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide a quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed the budgeted operating goal.
• Ensure that all product quality standards are met.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Lead and develop team (respectfully) by example, and coach the performance of others.
