Circle K in Milaca, MN is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations, supervise the team in the RM's absence, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, overseeing cleanliness and food safety, handling cash/inventory, and completing administrative tasks. Flexible shift availability with full-time hours, including days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Conducts second interviews for team members and shift leads.
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment and performs housekeeping duties; assigns shift duties.
• Directs team and ensures all food items meet health and safety regulations; coaches on prep and production.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Places campaign materials upon request and manages product presentation.
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
• Monitors cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift paperwork and addresses discrepancies.
• In RM's absence, completes daily/weekly/end-of-period paperwork, inventory/cash counts, and other admin duties.
• Maintains a safe environment for staff and guests per laws and safety codes.
• Generates reports on incidents per policy and collaborates to meet financial/operational targets.
