Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager to meet company standards in all areas of operation.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, and financial accountability.
• Manage inventory, team performance, and recruitment/retention of staff.
