Job summary

You will work closely with the General Manager and District Manager, lead a small team, schedule staff, and uphold safety and quality standards while promoting a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. The role includes training and development and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License and access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and safety standards.
• Prepare for health and safety inspections and maintain standards.
• Contribute to a fun, family environment in the restaurant.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent
