• 2-3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol Certifications also a plus.

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines and unit objectives.

• Responds quickly to verbal guest complaints with staff involvement.
• Performs required table visits to engage guests and monitor service.
• Maintains departmental inventory levels and stock control.
• Oversees product prep and presentation to meet company standards.
• Schedules employees to meet sales demands and labor needs.
• Maintains safety and sanitation programs across the restaurant.
• Promotes organization, cleanliness and sanitation throughout the team.
• Completes daily paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensures compliance with policies, practices and local regulations.
• Drives cost control within the assigned department.
• Develops staff through training, orientation and performance reviews.
