  • Restaurant Assistant Manager
  • Shift Manager
About the Roles

Restaurant Assistant Manager: Responsible for providing excellent customer service and food quality, supporting restaurant management responsibilities, and enhancing the guest experience.

Shift Manager: Supervises team members, ensures shift responsibilities are completed, trains new staff, handles cash, and maintains food safety and cleanliness standards in collaboration with the management team.

Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 2+ years of restaurant Shift Management experience and completion of Fourteen Foods training (for Shift Manager role)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check
  • Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required)
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the location, with English fluency being essential in some cases
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years supervisory experience in Fast Food or Retail
