Job summary

McAlister’s Deli in Derby, KS is seeking a Restaurant Manager who can lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, train and develop staff, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role involves overseeing shifts, controlling labor and food costs, and upholding Genuine Hospitality values.

Eligible candidates will have at least 1 year of management experience, open availability (50 hours/week), and the desire to advance into leadership roles within a growth-focused environment.

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 / per year
