• Restaurant Assistant Manager

As a restaurant leader, you will oversee FOH & BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards are met. Success in this role requires familiarity with restaurant operations, excellent customer service skills, and availability to work during opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Your goal will be to minimize operating costs, improve employee retention, and provide a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar in hospitality
• Familiarity with management software like Aloha/Toast
• Good math and reporting skills
• Customer service attitude
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Availability for evening, holiday, and weekend shifts
• High school diploma; hospitality certification is a plus
