We work hard to ensure your success and growth within the Turning Point. We provide a comprehensive 6-week training program for Culinary Managers. Throughout your training there are weekly and biweekly follow ups with our Director of Culinary, the Culinary Team as well as our HR Manager to ensure you are having positive experiences and receiving appropriate guidance throughout the training process. Communication is an important part of our company culture. This collaboration ensures that you are learning all aspects of the Turning Point system and continues the mutual respect we all have for each other.

As a Turning Point Assistant Manager, your role is the most impactful to team members and guests.

It is imperative to ensure the culture is established, maintained, and shines through every day. You must hold vital beliefs in employee appreciation, guest service, outstanding food, superior ambiance & atmosphere, and most especially FUN!

Daily and weekly operations lie in your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager, including overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve your goals. These goals range from sales to costs to TP Buddy retention, but most importantly, guest service and satisfaction

Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to) :

  • Consistently seeking out and hire “eggceptional” candidates and members that possess hospitality and desire to take care of others.
  • Maintain our Turning Point Family Culture (TP Fam!).
  • Build a strong group of enthusiastic team members. Ensure equity and equality for all.
  • Create a fun and rewarding work environment for your staff.
  • Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
  • Provide an exceptional Turning Point experience to our guests.

    Compensation : $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
