Job summary

Kura Sushi Novi is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, ensure fresh, quality food, and deliver a positive dining experience for guests. You will work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to uphold service standards and drive results.

This role requires hands-on leadership, availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays, and a commitment to Kura Sushi's pay transparency and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervision.
• Ability to lead by example and coach staff.
• Strong organizational and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and support team members on shift.
• Monitor daily operations and guest service needs.
