Job summary

Kura Sushi USA in Plano, TX is seeking ambitious Assistant Managers to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will lead hands-on while coordinating with staff to maintain service quality, and you will mentor teammates for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience leading restaurant teams or shift managers.
• Strong guest service orientation and operational awareness.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
