Job Responsibilities:

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in the management of the entire restaurant's operations, which include (but are not limited to):

  1. Training, developing, and mentoring staff
  2. Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
  3. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
  4. Maximizing store sales and profit goals
  5. Maintaining QSC standards
  6. Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
  7. Demonstrating drive for results
  8. Going above and beyond to serve our guests
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. HS Diploma or equivalent & possess all documents required by state and federal law.
  2. Minimum of two (2) years Shift Supervisor or 1 year Assistant Manager experience required (preferred in high volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts)
  3. Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  4. Valid DL in good standing & access to private transport required
  5. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
  7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer-focused
