CHOPT Assistant Manager

Hours per week : 40 (OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

Our Assistant Managers support the restaurant and General Manager by:

• Fostering a positive, inclusive work environment where all employees are treated with dignity and respect

• Helping identify and develop trainers to support growth
• Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards
• Ensuring safe working conditions to prevent injuries and accidents

• Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering

Qualifications include:

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience
• ServSafe certification and other required food safety certifications
• Clear communication skills with customers and staff
• Proficiency with computers and tablets
• Manual dexterity for operating kitchen tools and utensils
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
