Job summary

Applebee's Services Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Chesapeake location. You will manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, uphold safety standards and drive profitable performance.

The ideal candidate has 1-2+ years of casual dining supervisory experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for hospitality. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment.
• Passion to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to solve problems on the go.
• Passion for hospitality and interacting with guests.
• Sense to be "hands on" when needed.

Compensation

Salary Range: $42,000-$55,000/per year
