Jersey Mike's Subs in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily store operations and lead by example. You will ensure the store runs smoothly, staff perform their duties efficiently, and standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide friendly service.
• Prepare subs to order following safety and sanitation rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment (knives, grills, slicers) safely.
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Work with the line team to prepare cold and hot subs to customer specifications, following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements.
• Use kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, slicers, etc.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to Jersey Mike's standards and policy.
• Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager, playing a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees perform duties properly and efficiently.
