Job summary

McAlister’s Deli (The Saxton Group) seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will hire, train and develop staff, manage labor, food and product orders, and drive growth through Genuine Hospitality while upholding safety and quality. Open availability (50 hours/week) and the ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts are required.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience.
