The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $60,000 per year, with bonus eligibility.

Typical responsibilities of our Assistant Restaurant Managers include:

• Managing the restaurant operations during scheduled shifts.
• Greeting customers and conducting table visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Understanding and practicing all safety procedures.
• Hiring, training, retaining, and developing team members.
• Modeling and holding team members accountable to operational and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, including standing/walking for 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule.
• Effective team management and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, inventory management).
• Note: Duties outside normal responsibilities may be required from time to time.
