The Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in managing the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to:

  1. Training, developing, and mentoring staff
  2. Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
  3. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
  4. Maximizing store sales and profit goals
  5. Maintaining QSC standards
  6. Protecting Wendy's brand and assets
  7. Demonstrating drive for results
  8. Going above and beyond to serve guests

Minimum qualifications include but are not limited to:

  1. HS Diploma or equivalent, with all required legal documents
  2. At least 2 years of Shift Supervisor or 1 year of Assistant Manager experience (preferably in high-volume QSR or fast casual concepts)
  3. Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
  4. Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
  5. Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of cost of goods sold
  7. Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, customer focus, and results orientation
