Job summary

McAlister’s Deli is seeking a Restaurant Manager at the Assistant Manager level with a focus on leadership and guest experience. You will mentor team members, oversee shifts across front and back of house, and promote Genuine Hospitality to drive guest satisfaction.

Compensation ranges from $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year with performance-based pay, a bonus program, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. Open availability is required, including opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Qualifications

• One year of management related experience required.
• Open availability (50 hours/week) with ability to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training and development of team members.
• Running successful shifts in front-of-house dining and back-of-house kitchen.
• Building our business through Genuine Hospitality.
• Expense supervision for labor, food and product orders.
• Interact with guests to ensure a one-of-a-kind dining experience.

Requirements
