Dunkin' is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a 5-star team at our growing Michigan locations. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, enforce policies, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

As part of a franchisee-owned operation, you will help manage costs, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, family atmosphere. Growth opportunities abound as we expand the Dunkin' network in Michigan and nearby markets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One+ years of management experience.
• Open/flexible work availability.

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager in all areas of restaurant operations, maintain food safety, ensure 100% guest satisfaction, and manage controllable costs.
